Pricing

One price. One Xero organisation. Cancel whenever you like.

NZ$49per month

First month free.

Billed monthly, in advance, per Xero organisation. There is no annual plan and no minimum term — deliberately. You should be able to stop paying for this the moment it stops being worth it.

We are not registered for GST, so the NZ$49 is the whole charge. When we register, GST is added to it rather than taken out of it. A GST-registered business claims that back, so what Canari costs you does not change. We will tell you before it affects your bill.

Canari is set up with you rather than through a sign-up form, so it begins with an email. We check your debtor book against what Canari monitors — New Zealand companies — before anything is connected.

What that includes

  • Every customer in your Xero debtor book, matched to the Companies Register — no watchlist to build or maintain
  • The New Zealand Gazette checked every morning for insolvency notices about those customers
  • An email the day something is published, naming the customer, what they owe you, and what the notice actually means
  • Liquidator contact details when the register or the notice carries them, so you can file a claim
  • Read-only access to Xero — contacts and balances only, never invoices, payroll or bank accounts

What it is not

The boundaries of the service, stated before you pay for it.

Credit reports or credit ratings
Canari reports what two public registers published. It does not rate anyone.
Cross-creditor payment defaults
The bureaus hold that data. Canari does not, and does not pretend to.
Sole traders, partnerships and trusts
Canari monitors companies. The events it watches for are Companies Register events, which those entities never have.
Debt collection
Canari tells you early. It does not chase anyone, and it never recovers money already owed.

The full agreement is in our terms of service, and what we do with your data is in the privacy policy.
